AlphaCell 195 GXL-FT

Description

Alpha enhances its AlphaCell battery family to include the FT Series of front terminal batteries for cable television and telecommunication applications. The AlphaCell FT series are valve regulated lead acid batteries and designed for long life. Benefits of these new batteries include: central gassing system, hinged front covers, integral flame arrestor, recyclable lead and plastics and low self discharge rates. These batteries come with a handle for carrying convenience.

FRONT TERMINAL DESIGN ADVANTAGE

The front terminal (FT) configuration allows technicians to access connections from the front of the battery, improving serviceability in tight telecom and cable cabinet environments. This design reduces maintenance time and simplifies battery replacement in rack-mounted or enclosure-based installations.

IDEAL APPLICATIONS

Designed for telecom and cable television standby power applications, including outdoor cabinet deployments. Its gelled electrolyte design provides high heat resistance, low hydrogen emission, and a wide discharge temperature range (-40°C to 71°C), making it well suited for non-temperature-controlled environments.
