Description

The on-board HAR station comes equipped with an AM transmitter, digital message player and quick-erect antenna system. Specific frequencies within the FCC-licensed 530 kHz to 1700 kHz AM band may be ordered to spec or determined by analysis. Standard vehicle radios typically receive the signals within 3-5 mile radius range (25-75 square miles). The HAR’s digital message player stores 1,000 high quality messages for re-broadcast without degradation. Messages may be quickly changed as conditions change, and there is live broadcast ability as well as optional automatic NOAA all hazard alerts.
