Joe brings more than 7 years of transportation industry experience and a strong understanding of the Bay Area ITS market. He has supported corridor operations, transit reliability, and data-driven signal management through ambitious projects and deployments, including Transit Signal Priority (TSP), Adaptive Signal Timing, Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), and Signal Performance Measures (SPM). His background in business development, account management, and building lasting relationships with transportation agencies and industry partners will be a valuable addition to our team.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and extended family. He also mentored young students and athletes as a paraeducator and coach.
We’re excited to have Joe on the Western Systems team!
